 We do not take returns unless you have received the wrong product. If in the case you have received the wrong product. Email us or direct message us on any social media account and we can send you a refund or reorder the correct product for you.

 It is recommended that you wash all items at 30-40°C inside out.

Try to avoid using a dryer and allow to naturally dry on a radiator or something similar.

 You have 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Procedure for returns

• Product must be damaged or wrong in order to get a refund or a resend.

• We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping costs

• If the product is defective or you received an incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs

• No returns unless item is defective or the order is wrong

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 If you are in between sizes or you are unsure of what size you are I recommend picking one size up.
